Background
Paul began his career in 1979 with Wilson Large and Partners in
their Coventry office, rising from Trainee Surveyor to Managing
Surveyor. At Wilson Large, Paul specialised in government, local
authority, social housing and healthcare schemes providing traditional
quantity surveying,
project management and Employer’s Agent
services.
Paul
left Wilson Large in 1992 in order to establish his own practice,
The Angus Partnership. After a period of steady growth, Paul formed
The Angus Eliot Partnership Ltd in 1997.
Paul
qualified as a Planning Supervisor in 1995, shortly after the introduction
of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
Paul’s
interests include scuba diving, reading and travelling.
